Cancellation Policy

We know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we require that you cancel your appointment a full 24 hours ahead of time. ​If you cancel 24 hours or less from your appointment, you will incur a charge of the FULL scheduled service cost. 

This includes a CHANGE to your services outside of the 24 hour window. For example, if you cancel your color service but keep your cut, you are still responsible for the service cost if we are not able to fill the appointment on short notice.

We can no longer honor appointment cancellations called in after closing the night before your scheduled service. In these times, we simply cannot afford it.

If this happens please remember it is not a punishment, but a pre-established business agreement.

COVID-19 Policy + Mask Policy

At this time, we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test (within 72 hours of your appointment time) upon check-in. 

However, we may request that you mask up at any time. We urge you to respect our choices, our bodies and our space. 

In return you may also ask your service provider to wear a mask at any point in time and we will happily comply.

Late Policy

We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.

 

Return + Refund Policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt, and the product must be nearly full. We also want you to be happy with your service; if your stylist is unable to “fix” your hair, we will issue a partial or full refund if you contact us within two weeks of your initial appointment.

If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card. We cannot give cash back for any returns, under any circumstances. You may have a store credit, exchange or refund on the same credit card your purchase was originally made.

 

Kids Policy

Children must be 13 years or older to receive service, unless otherwise approved by a stylist.

We work hard to create a relaxing environment for adults, everyday. In order for all of our clients to be able to have a good time, we ask that you please make other arrangements for your little ones when you're coming in for your appointment. We’re working with hot tools, sharp objects and chemicals in here, folks. Thanks for understanding!
