We know things happen. However, in order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we require that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you "no show" or cancel without 24 hours notice there is a $50 charge.
In order for us to reserve a place in our schedule for you, we require that you agree to our last minute cancellation policy as follows:
If notice to change or cancel your session is provided less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the $50 cancellation charge. If this happens please remember it is not a punishment, but a pre-established business agreement. A no-show will also incur the $50 charge.
− Our appointment confirmation and reminder emails are a courtesy. Not receiving either of these does not make a last minute cancellation exempt.
− Unexpected events can and do occur in one’s schedule. We understand that things like illness, work emergencies, delayed flights are out of your control, but they are also out of our control – so they are not exempt from our last minute cancellation policy.
− If you are late more than 15 minutes to your appointment, it’s considered cancelled. It is difficult for our ladies to have to rework their schedule so that they are not behind for the rest of their day! You also deserve the full amount of time we allot for each appointment.
We are committed to giving you the best one-on-one service available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention you deserve, we ask that you reschedule your appointment for another day or with an available stylist.
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Product returns must happen within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied by a store receipt, and the product must be nearly full. If you paid by credit card, you may receive a credit on your card. We cannot give cash back for any returns, under any circumstances. You may have a store credit, exchange or refund on the same credit card your purchase was originally made.
In order for all of our clients to be able to relax and have a good time, we ask that you please make other arrangements for your little ones when you're coming in for your appointment.
